Lisle Fitness & Recreation Centres
Lisle's fitness center has most modern exercise equipment. For a nominal fee guests fain access to circuit training equipment, free weights, treadmills, life cycles, stair masters and elliptical
trainers. The center has a locker room, showers and a relaxation lounge.
This hybrid baseball/basketball amateur-athlete training facility is operated by the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Whitesox. There are batting cages and three indoor field areas available to rent. The center offers professional instruction, lessons, celebrity camps, performance training and physical therapy.
